Our 30-day guarantee

If anything in a plan set does not print right, will not open, or is not what you expected, write to us within 30 days of your purchase. Tell us which plans you bought and what went wrong. We will fix the problem or refund you in full.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Because plans are digital files you keep once downloaded, we ask that you delete them if you take a refund. We do not ask you to return lumber or anything you have built.
